Catoc-Bones to Haunt Drive-Thru Trick-or-Treaters

While 2020 has been a difficult year for many organizations, musical ensembles and arts gatherings in general, The Frederick Catoctones have been doing what they can to keep the music alive with virtual rehearsals, video production and continued development of new songs.  After having a dozen appearances cancelled or postponed into 2021 now, the Catoctones will make its first public appearance since February as “The CatocBones,” an undead barbershop quartet or ensemble which will be part of the drive through trick-or-treat event at the Frederick Fairgrounds October 26 and Fairgrounds Park in Hagerstown on October 29.

As cars enter the event, they will be briefly treated to music from a barbershop quartet or chorus before proceeding on to visit with other vendors to gather treats.  The event is to benefit local Relay for Life chapters associated with the American Cancer Society and is produced by Tots2Tweens in conjunction with Key 103 and 106.9 The Eagle radio stations.

This is meant to be a safe, socially-distanced event and tickets ($5 per car) must be purchased HERE in advance, as only 700 cars will be admitted between 5-9pm.
